Closing Your Account Yourself

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@y8games.ws. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing. Once closed, re-registration with the same email may not be possible.

12 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute with Y8 Games will first be addressed through our support team. The steps for dispute resolution are:

• Step 2: Our team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
• Step 3: A final decision on complex matters will be issued within 14 business days.

13 Changes to Terms
